  • Change Requests: Modifications to booking details (date, time, number of guests) may be possible before the deadline, subject to a service fee of AED 30 per transaction.



Step-by-Step Process


  1. Log into your DailyTourz account or use your booking confirmation link.
  2. Select the booking you wish to cancel or modify.
  3. Submit your request and receive confirmation via email.
  4. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on your payment method.



Additional Information


  • Some tours, events, and attractions operate under strictly non-refundable policies, including seasonal offers, promotional tickets, and third-party operated services.
  • For group bookings, special events, and high-demand experiences, separate cancellation rules may apply and will be clearly stated at the time of booking.



Exceptions & Limitations


  • No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
  • Once a ticket has been redeemed or partially used, it becomes non-refundable.
  • Weather conditions: Outdoor tours (e.g., desert safaris, dhow cruises) may be subject to weather-related changes. Refunds will not apply if tours run as scheduled but the weather is unfavorable.
  • Peak season restrictions: During busy holiday periods and weekends, stricter cancellation policies may apply.
